Here are a few things worth knowing before we get started.
What's included in the website packages?
Choose up to 3, 6 or 9 agreed pages, depending on the tier. Every package includes mobile-responsive design and the stated revision rounds. You provide final copy and brand assets.
Can I see the design in 48 hours?
The proposed process aims for an initial homepage design direction within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief and materials. The full-site delivery targets are 5 business days for Essential, or 3 business days for Signature and Complete. Feedback or scope changes can extend those timelines.
Can you refresh my existing website?
Yes. Send over your current site and goals so we can confirm whether the redesign fits a package or needs a custom scope.
Do you write copy and take photos?
Copywriting and photography are not included in the starter package. You’ll supply the finished words and images, and I’ll design the site around them.
What about Shopify subscriptions and domain costs?
Hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, paid plugins and features beyond the agreed scope are handled separately.
